My approach
I’ve spent over 20 years in senior HR and organisational development roles, most recently as Global Head of Organisational Development for an ASX-listed financial institution. Now, through my consulting work, I support organisations through periods of change, growth, or reset — helping them build trust, clarity, and stronger ways of working together. I’m very practical in my approach and focused on outcomes that genuinely shift how teams operate.
